About the Role
As a Brand Protection Client Delivery Specialist at Corsearch, you will be part of a mission-led company driven by a passion for making the world better and safer for our brand customers and their consumers. The Role
This position involves working closely with Client Delivery Managers to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of clients' accounts, building and maintaining close relations with clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include project analysis and monthly reporting, coaching and training analysts, and enforcing intellectual property infringements. You will collaborate with Client Managers to ensure the highest quality of service and attend client meetings to discuss project progress and goals.
Responsibilities
• Support with overseeing the day-to-day management of clients' accounts
• Build and maintain close relations with clients to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
• Conduct project analysis and prepare monthly reports
• Coach and train analysts to meet clients' expectations
• Work independently and effectively with other team members in locations around the world
• Enforce intellectual property infringements, including counterfeits, copyright, trademark, and design infringement
• Develop relationships with platforms, hosts, registrars, and other third parties to improve efficiency in dealing with takedown requests
• Find new and innovative ways to better protect client interests
• Collaborate with Client Managers to ensure the highest quality of service
Requirements
• Ability to work alone and collaboratively within a team environment
• Fluency in English and French
• Excellent skills in internet tools and basic technology behind the tools (browser knowledge)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous knowledge of Brand Protection or Intellectual Property is highly desirable
