We're on the hunt for a talented Team Lead Account Manager in the Long Tail team to join Glovo and drive business growth for small and medium enterprises.

As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team of account managers to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and pursuing the long-term strategy for S&M partners in terms of growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.
  • Driving team performance through data-driven decision-making, team development, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the acquisition team to optimize partner life cycles.
