Noi cerchiamo un Progettista di Sistemi Ottici con esperienza e competenze per unirsi al nostro team di ingegneri e fisici. Il candidato ideale sarà in grado di progettare e sviluppare nuovi sistemi ottici, compresa la loro industrializzazione e ottimizzazione, in collaborazione con R&D, produzione, marketing e servizio clienti.

Competenze Richieste
  • Laurea magistrale in Fisica o Ingegneria con specializzazione in ottica;
  • Conoscenza approfondita della lingua inglese (Livello B1/B2);
  • Approccio pratico: esperienza in laboratorio;
  • Esperienza nell'uso di software di modellazione ottica (Zemax, Optalix, Code V e simili);
  • Capacità di programmazione/scripting per test e validazione del sistema (Matlab, Phyton, Java, C, C++);
  • Capacità di valutare e suggerire sviluppo interno vs esterno, guidando fornitori esterni;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di società e fornitori esterni di ricerca e progettazione;
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di sistemi ottici in ambienti di R&D con componenti personalizzati e standardizzati e nel coordinamento di progetti e team.
