We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects in Milan. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage a team of project staff, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the construction industry, with strong project management skills.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Data center, pharma or industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of project management software tools and techniques.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
