Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Installation Project Coordinator to join our team at Prysmian Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the installation of our products and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the installation of our products, including planning and scheduling
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Participate in negotiations and clarification meetings with customers as required
  • Revised tender packages as necessary
  • Comply with internal rules and procedures during the entire process

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Curious and eager to quickly learn and get involved to improve autonomy
  • Precise, proactive, problem-solving, and target-oriented
  • Capacity to understand and conceptualize complexity into concise frameworks
  • Pragmatic, flexible, capable of setting and handling priorities
  • Good relationship approach and team working capability
  • Knowledge and familiarity with basic and common software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and the use of the Web
  • Availability to short but possibly frequent trips, domestic and abroad
