Job Summary: The Town of Florence is seeking Recreation Leaders to plan and conduct activities at recreation sites, facilities, or specialty areas. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a positive and engaging experience for participants.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct recreational activities, including games, fitness classes, and other events.
- Assist with front desk duties, including customer service, program registration, and cash handling.
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical activities, such as lifting and bending, as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR certification.
