About the Role

Pirelli, a leading tire manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join its team in Bari, Italy. As a key member of the company's digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  2. Develop applications using QlikSense and NPrinting to create interactive dashboards and reports.
  3. Write and maintain PL/SQL code to support data integration and analytics.
  4. Collaborate with the business team to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation to support data integration and analytics efforts.
Requirements
  1. Strong background in technical or scientific disciplines.
  2. Excellent UX design skills for dashboard development.
  3. Proficiency in Java programming language.
  4. Experience in developing data models and operations on DB Oracle, Microsoft, Redshift, Aurora, rds, and PostgreSQL.
  5. Experience with ETL tools, such as Talend, and data visualization tools, such as QlikSense.
  6. Strong understanding of data management and governance concepts.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with scripting languages, such as Python and Spark.
  2. Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  3. Knowledge of data preparation, data lineage, data quality, and data masking concepts.
