Automotive Infotainment Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance;
  • Lead and organize project teams;
  • Facilitate coordination with clients and suppliers;
  • Assist in the development of innovative infotainment features and functionalities;
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client communications;
  • Manage client interactions regarding project oversight;
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams;
  • Prepare technical and project documentation, including reports and presentations to convey issues, successes, and technical insights for project assessments and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Embedded Systems, Infotainment, Connectivity, or related automotive features;
  • Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile Scrum project management methodologies;
  • Experience in managing requirements and functional specifications;
  • Familiarity with software development processes;
  • Knowledge in test execution and management;
  • Understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle;
  • Capable of addressing complex challenges and proposing effective solutions;
  • Ability to perform under pressure;
  • Results-driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation capabilities;
  • High degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Skill in defining and communicating project priorities;
  • Knowledge in conflict resolution;
  • Innovative problem-solving approach;
  • Effective time management skills.

Additional Information

Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian and German is a plus.
