We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Monza DPS site, supporting the PDS Business Unit.
Main Responsibilities
- Restore mechanical and sensor-related faults on machines and equipment, ensuring optimal functioning during production phases.
- Provide technical support as a Subject Matter Expert in automation and high-tech production machinery.
- Diagnose and solve malfunctions through analysis and interpretation of available data.
- Assist production personnel in using mechanical and electronic equipment, including conducting training activities for operators.
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance interventions, implementing improvement maintenance projects to eliminate recurring malfunctions and improve machinery reliability.
- Availability to work shifts is required.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of experience is required, preferably but not necessarily in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
