We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Randstad Talent Selection Hopportunities. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and managing customer/partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage the posting of new job openings and create a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with basic qualifications
  • Review and assess job requirements for internal and external candidates
  • Evaluate candidate assessment and test results
  • Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing
