About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our People & Performance team, you will be responsible for crafting and safeguarding the KHC culture through attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent for our Italy business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of the recruitment cycle for Italy, including sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Guardian of the inclusive hiring process and development of our diversity agenda from external talent attraction perspective.
  • Support the Trainee Program Recruitment and full ownership of the internship recruitment (Young Talent Program).
  • Responsible for employer branding for Italy region, including setting up a local EB strategy and enhancing engagement with Kraft Heinz.
  • Full owner of University Relations in Italy, including career fairs, company presentations, and organization of in-house days.
  • Training of (new) managers on the Inclusive Hiring process and interviewing skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably as an Agency recruiter.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners, listening and understanding needs, and building clear action plans towards success.
  • Previous experience with Employer Branding and University Relations is a plus.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
