We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts for new models and SKUs launched by our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts for new models and SKUs
  • Analyze historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine forecasts based on new data
  • Coordinate with local demand planning teams on data and process validation
  • Develop and maintain reporting and monitoring tools
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency and results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Management Engineering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or supply chain analysis
  • Fluency in English and Italian
