Job Summary

As a Senior Scientist in Nonclinical Safety and DMPK, you will play a key role in supporting our company's mission to deliver innovative pharmaceutical solutions. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about advancing the field of nonclinical safety and pharmacokinetics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead nonclinical ADME and PK drug development plans, ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee, design, and report on nonclinical DMPK and drug safety studies, utilizing expertise in pharmacology, toxicology, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Manage contract laboratories and outsourced activities, ensuring delivery of high-quality nonclinical reports that meet regulatory standards.
  • Calculate and analyze PK properties and implications of small molecules and biologics, contributing to the development of effective pharmaceutical solutions.
  • Author nonclinical sections of INDs, IBs, annual reports, and NDAs, utilizing strong writing and communication skills.
  • Contribute to in-licensing activities, evaluating external opportunities and participating in due diligence, with a focus on oncology.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of GLP and ICH guidelines, from first-in-human to market authorization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation, with a strong work ethic and commitment to timely delivery of results.
Requirements
  • PhD in life sciences, pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in nonclinical DMPK within Translational R&D.
  • Strong background in pharmacology, toxicology, DMPK, drug discovery, and development, with a focus on oncology.
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written).
  • Strong team player with a passion for driving project success and innovation.
