Job Description

Serves as a key facilitator of change, collaborating with lean champions to develop and implement strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement.


• Monitors and assesses current quality performance to identify opportunities for performance and process improvements.


• Develops and implements lean initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost across manufacturing processes.


• Leverages EBS tools and change management processes to drive results and lead cross-functional teams effectively.


• Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvements using established Key Performance Indicators.


• Provides coaching and guidance in the implementation of EBS processes and tools, while supporting business functions in achieving Strategy Deployment /Daily Management objectives.


• Directly provides formal and informal EBS training and coaching, evolving and applying tools as appropriate to drive results.
