Gi Group, a leading multinational staffing company, seeks a talented Supply Chain Management Professional to join their team. As a Supply Chain Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of logistics and supply chain management. You will be responsible for controlling manufacturing and delivery processes, planning and implementing logistical strategies, overseeing product storage and handling, and managing costs while maintaining quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Control manufacturing and delivery processes
  • Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
  • Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution
  • Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance
  • Manage costs involved while maintaining quality
  • Ensure awareness of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain
  • Improve overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
  • Consider environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets
  • Other duties as may be required or assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and good supply chain/logistic knowledge
  • Success-oriented, flexible, and a team player
  • Frequently traveling and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Supply Chain or any relevant field
  • Fluent speaker in Italian and English (Chinese is a plus)
