Job Title: Barlady/Barman

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Barlady/Barman to join our team at the 7Pines Resort Sardinia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare traditional cocktails and long drinks to the highest standards, using only the finest ingredients and presenting them with flair.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Develop and experiment with new and innovative cocktails and long drinks, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Workstation Management: Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and replenishment of the cocktail workstation, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels and orders, ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked and ready to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Bar Operations: Manage the opening and closing of the bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for building strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Language Skills: Have a strong knowledge of the English language, with excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • Experience: Have previous experience working in luxury hotels, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
