Job Description

As a Test Development Engineer at Infineon Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our products by developing and implementing test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality results
  • Develop innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures
  • Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and test program release requirements
  • Ensure timely transfer of engineering and production test packages for wafer sort and final (packaged) test to various testing locations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or similar field of studies
  • 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge
  • C++, VBA, and VB.net programming skills
  • Experience with Eagle ETS88/ETS364 and/or Teradyne A565 and/or LTX ASL1K test program development and mixed-signal IC testing is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment
  • Strong technical documentation skills and ability to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
