Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on property systems

Requirements

  • Craftsman's training or equivalent experience
  • Experience in electric, hydraulic, or construction fields
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility, reliability, and physical resilience
  • Good Italian and English language skills
