Job Description

We are looking for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology sector in the banking industry, who have managed or participated in high-complexity projects in the credit granting sector and have worked in the management and development of applications for credit management and financing, and who come from software engineering companies or equivalent structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the support of relationship structures and functional analysts the activities of requirement collection and business needs.
  • Be responsible for collecting and preparing estimates, managing the assigned budget, and planning activities, even in teams with other colleagues, develop and supervise the preparation of functional analysis documents and interact with suppliers for the realization of software following the different project phases, including testing, release in production, and follow-up.
  • Integrate your training on Program and Project Management techniques and methodologies, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Participate in designing a solution in a complex environment with high interaction and innovative technologies.
Required Experience
  • Knowledge of the main project phases of an IT development project and project planning and monitoring methodologies, estimation, and budgeting.
  • Experience in managing and developing applications.
  • Background from software engineering companies, other banks, or equivalent structures.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good relational and synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge of the Office package.
Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of credit processes and/or other areas of bank operations.
  • Ability to use design and reporting tools (Note: e.g. Project Microsoft).
  • Autonomy of work with English language.
  • Knowledge of the Agile working methodology.
  • Knowledge of the Function Point estimation and planning methodology.
Optional Qualifications
  • Project experience in the credit granting sector.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, relational databases, and microservices architectures.
  • Hold the PMP certification and/or equivalent.
