Role Overview

Satispay is pioneering a movement toward simplicity and accessibility in payments, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Responsibilities

- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to advise and deliver talent that supports Satispay's growth, while also developing talent sourcing strategies.
- Develop Talent Sourcing Strategies: Create and execute talent sourcing strategies for international candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, direct outreach, and alternative search techniques.
- Engage Prospective Candidates: Initiate discussions with potential candidates, communicate the value proposition of Satispay, and manage the talent funnel through calibration and assessment.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Establish and nurture talent pipelines to meet hiring needs, collaborating with the Talent Team and hiring managers.
- Report and Performance Analysis: Generate reports and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Support Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding activities to enhance Satispay's reputation and attract top talent.

Requirements

- Talent Acquisition Mastery: You bring proven experience in managing the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including searching and acquiring talents with a track record of high volumes of hiring.
- Fast-Growing Environment Experience: You have about 2+ years of experience in fast-growing environments, ideally with previous experience in scaling companies.
- Sourcing Strategy Development Expertise: You have experience working with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches with full autonomy.
- Language Fluency and Communication Skills: You are fluent in both Italian and English (with fluency in French considered a strong plus) and an excellent communicator and relationship builder, capable of engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills and Adaptability: You are highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and environments.
- Proactive and Creative Thinking: You are a proactive thinker with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions: results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges in a fast-paced international environment.
