This new venture aims to develop cutting-edge solutions utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance the industrial hollow glass forming process. Bottero is in search of individuals who are inspired by the dynamic nature of a high-tech start-up, characterized by a streamlined organization, agile development practices, and the integration of advanced technologies.

Required Background

  • 3-10 years of experience in field service roles
  • Ability to work independently
  • Versatile skills across various engineering disciplines, including software, mechanical, and electronic engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Testing
    • Develop and maintain testing setups
    • Organize and manage the testing documentation (using tools like Squash, Doors)
    • Design, automate, and execute tests
    • Update the bug tracking system
  • Plant Testing
    • Collaborate with the Hot End Expert to define testing objectives
    • Manage the necessary hardware and software
    • Coordinate with clients
    • Provide daily reports and document test outcomes meticulously
  • Support Field Service Operations
    • Train clients and new team members
    • Participate in initial installations of new products
    • Offer technical assistance during challenges

Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, which will be the official language of the new branch.
  • Team-oriented mindset: values collaboration and is willing to assist colleagues beyond their own expertise.
