We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at Costa Crociere S.p.A. as a Multicultural Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a positive and memorable experience on board.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cruise services, including luggage handling, lost and found, and embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
- Utilize software applications such as MS Office, SAPI, and Oscar to manage work activities efficiently.
- Participate in a safety-focused work environment, monitoring guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hotels or similar positions.
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with proficiency in English (B2 level) and Japanese or Korean (B2 level).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications.
