Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage sales and marketing contracts in accordance with corporate procedures.
  • Administer Delphi, ensuring accurate input and reporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain the Cafe Event Calendar and Brand Calendar.
  • Communicate effectively with Group Travel Planners and marketing partners.
  • Manage package programs and maintain sales and marketing tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to prospect corporate accounts, convention/meeting organizers, and previous bookings.
  • Support the execution of buyouts, functions, and designated parties to ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Represent the department at trade-shows, as approved by the cafe budget and corporate Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Liaise between the Support Center Sales & Marketing departments and the cafe.
  • Work closely with the SM, GM, and KM to ensure contract/menu executability.
  • Attend meetings with the S&M Manager to communicate events/functions to the management team and/or staff.
  • Coordinate operations between departments.
  • Represent the department at client functions, marketing events, and designated parties.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales and marketing, with high volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel, or tourism industry.
  • Strong online behavior and social media expertise.
  • Ability to learn and bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events.
  • High level of business acumen and common sense.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Fluency in English is required, with multiple language abilities a plus.
  • Valid EU work permit is required to work in this location.
