**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Financial Analyst to join our Controlling department at ZF Group in Assago, Italy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast P&L costs, with a focus on Direct Variable Margin and special costs.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly segmented P&L reports and monthly tasks for month-end reporting.
  • Prepare and upload monthly statistics reports to the consolidation system.
  • Control and map new materials in the internal process.
  • Analyze inventory valuation and depreciation, and create investment orders based on the annual plan.
  • Identify and report deviations, critical issues, and risks compared to Actual vs Plan/Forecast/Previous Year.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in multinational companies and/or financial consultancy/auditing companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and BW knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to work with large data sets with diligence and accuracy.
  • Analytical skills with excellent work organization and proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and oral.
