WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR TEAM:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, with at least 12 months in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management. Excellent training abilities and team development skills, with a degree in management preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills to enhance store profitability. Strong communication skills. Goal-oriented and process-driven with effective decision-making capabilities. Understanding of store needs and responsive action. Proficient time management.
  • Leadership skills to plan, organize, coach, and inspire team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build a diverse and inclusive team by recruiting, planning, coaching, and motivating team members while serving as a role model to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Take initiative in your own and your team's learning by completing all relevant training and effectively applying it on the sales floor.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by establishing clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to challenge the status quo, and addressing identified areas for improvement to maximize store profitability.
  • Oversee and manage all operational tasks within the store, including Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and Inventory processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR, legal, and company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive shopping environment for customers and a supportive workplace for the team.
