About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at NewCold. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cold storage facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including inventory levels and compliance with budget targets.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate the impact of breakdown events on customer service.
  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure they are trained, skilled, and able to fulfill their duties.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and collaborate with site personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
