As a key player in the space industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Industry 4.0 and SMART SPACE FACTORY Expert.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and facilitating the benefits of advanced Fab4.0 technologies to enable self-optimization of connected assets on the AIT production line(s). This will involve coordinating optimization plans and suggesting methods to improve ongoing programs' schedule and costs related to AIT activities.
Principal Relationships
The role will require building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the AIT Transnational Director, AIT Departments Operations, Information System and Digital CC Business Lines, and the CFO.
Key Performance Indicators
KPIs for the role will be developed with the role holder and will cover ongoing programs' schedule and economical improvements, as well as manufacturing KPIs for micro/nano satellites.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Intelligence solutions, supply chain, design, production, and logistics. Additionally, they will have skills in cloud solutions, cyber security, and coaching and motivation skills related to innovation and digital transformation.
Education and Qualifications
A Management Engineering degree or equivalent is required, with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Experience with industrial automation, programming, IT, and ERP/MES systems is also necessary.
Personality and Behaviors
The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to interface well with customers, partners, and suppliers and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
