Role Overview

Working in retail means being the face of NIKE, Inc. With an unwavering focus on product expertise and customer engagement, our retail teams provide invaluable experiences to consumers daily. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to connect customers with the right products, driving sales.
  • Foster a strong bond between consumers and the brand by delivering superior service and adapting brand narratives to the retail environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various store departments and be prepared to operate the cash register, manage shipping and receiving tasks, stock the sales floor, and create visual displays as needed.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and entry-level associates, seeking opportunities to enhance expertise in selling techniques and Nike products.
  • Assist senior associates and managers in training new team members.
  • Support loss prevention initiatives through proactive customer service.

Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in customer service and/or retail is preferred.
  • A demonstrable passion for the Nike brand is essential.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Effective communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while providing excellent customer service.
