**Our Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team in Madinah. This role will involve preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring seamless guest satisfaction.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel recipes and standards
- Maintain proper rotation of food products to minimize wastage and spoilage
- Use thickening agents in pastry cream, mousses, and sauces
- Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation at all times

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Strong culinary expertise with a focus on presentation and taste
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English skills a must
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field

**Benefits and Compensation**

The estimated salary for this position is **SR 4,500** per month, based on industry standards and location. Our hotel offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a supportive work environment.

**Other Requirements**

This role is open to Saudi Nationals only. Candidates with little to no work experience, fresh graduates, and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
