Sella Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is the division of Gruppo Sella dedicated to corporate finance activities, specializing in M&A advisory, capital raising (including Private Equity and stock market listings), corporate bond issuance, debt structuring, Leveraged Finance, and M&A transactions involving Sella Group.

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team, presenting an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to thrive in a dynamic Execution team. Reporting directly to the CIB Associate Director, you will be responsible for executing corporate finance transactions, which may include M&A involving Sella Group, corporate bond issuances, and Leveraged Finance projects, while playing a crucial role in preparing reporting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete spectrum of responsibilities related to Corporate Finance transactions at the Analyst level;
  • Conduct industry and company research with the guidance of an Associate;
  • Perform valuation analyses, including financial statement assessments, company valuations, and financial modeling;
  • Assist the team in developing Excel models and drafting presentations and deal memoranda, actively participating in project execution;
  • Evaluate, analyze, and report on the risk-return dynamics of M&A transactions involving Sella Group;
  • Support the internal approval process for proposed transactions by attending bank committee meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 university;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite;
  • Strong command of English, ideally enhanced through educational or professional experiences abroad.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of tax and accounting principles;
  • Solid understanding of the banking sector, financial services regulations, bank capital structures, and public market valuations;
  • Experience in Leveraged Finance, M&A, or Transaction Services.
