C&K Maranoa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a valued member of our community, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of children in our care.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to work with our team of professionals. As an Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.
  • Cover sick days, programming, extended leave, and lunch breaks, using your skills, ideas, and passion for education to help shape the future of children in our care.
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families, and our wider community.

Requirements

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months) or willing to obtain these.
