Job Responsibilities
- Operational Readiness and Inspection Readiness
Ensure operational readiness and inspection readiness in Media and Buffer preparation (MBP) by implementing effective processes and procedures.
Process Validation and Cleaning ValidationSupport process validation and cleaning validation protocol execution to maintain high-quality standards.
Daily Manufacturing ActivitiesComplete daily manufacturing activities in MBP, including equipment cleaning by CIP, COP, or SIP, to ensure efficient production.
Reporting and Issue ManagementReport and log all issues related to manufacturing activities in relevant systems to facilitate prompt resolution.
Troubleshooting and OptimizationTroubleshoot and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
A Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemistry is preferred.
Experience and Skills1-3 years of successful experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology operations, with a good understanding of GMP and GDP.
Language ProficiencyEnglish or German language proficiency is required.
