Job Description

The selected candidate, reporting directly to the Shift Leader, will be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, providing essential information and managing the switchboard.

• Offering attentive support and assistance to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable experience.

• Promoting and selling additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Coordinating restaurant reservations and managing guest inquiries.

• Handling email correspondence efficiently.

Qualifications


• High School Diploma or Degree.

• Proficient in both Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

• A minimum of three years of experience in 4/5-star hotels or similar establishments.

• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and essential hotel management software.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of standard IT tools.

• Ability to take initiative, adhere to procedures, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ideal candidates will possess professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly while managing stress effectively.
