About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Italian team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important restaurant partners. With a deep understanding of the Italian market and a passion for building strong relationships, you will work closely with our internal teams to provide strategic guidance and support to our partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners
  • Understanding partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Manipulating and analysing data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • A Master's Degree in Economy
