About the role

This position is for a seasoned professional in New Equipment Modernization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project schedules and on-site construction activities, and will be responsible for coordinating project activities and resolving complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving expenditures for small to complex projects on a monthly basis, ensuring the accuracy of all invoices and applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Updating project schedules independently and preparing project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases.
  • Acting as the primary contact with complex customers, developing a professional relationship, and understanding customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
  • Assisting managers to manage the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress to ensure all materials delivered can be billed timely.
  • Organizing all on-site construction activities for complex projects.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a minimum, you must have:

  • Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with experience.
  • Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
  • OR
  • An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
