Job Title: Scientific Pharmacists

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia is seeking a Scientific Pharmacist for an important reality in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the assigned area, achieving set objectives, and providing scientific information to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent presence in the assigned territory, visiting healthcare professionals in their offices or clinics, as per the established operational plan.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the Medical Department, Marketing, and Area Manager guidelines.
  • Analyze the territory's performance regularly, identifying any deviations from predicted data.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify healthcare professionals interested in receiving scientific information on assigned products.
  • Produce reports and analyses on the territory's performance for assigned products.
  • Support the organization of events for healthcare professionals, in line with current regulations, Farmindustria's Code of Ethics, and the company's procedures.
  • Organize work activities in line with the company's developed strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar fields).
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science liaison or as a Product Specialist.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and a willingness to work in a team.
  • Residence in the same city as the assigned work area.
  • Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.
