Ruolo: Stagista in Ricerca e Selezione del Personale

Descrizione del ruolo:

Noi cerchiamo qualcuno che si impegni con entusiasmo e passione nello scoprire nuove abilità e competenze. Sarai responsabile della gestione del front-office e dei colloqui conoscitivi, screening e archiviazione curricula, gestione dei canali di reclutamento. Approfondirai i principali aspetti legati alla selezione e presentazione delle candidature alle aziende oltre agli aspetti legati all'amministrazione del personale assunto.

Attività principali:

  • Prestare assistenza presso la reception;
  • Affiancare il team nella conduzione di colloqui conoscitivi e di selezione;
  • Supportare l'attivazione dei contratti di assunzione;

Perché sei la persona ideale per questo ruolo? Hai conseguito una laurea in materie umanistiche/economiche e hai interesse per il mondo delle risorse umane? Hai buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e di MS Office? Se sì, sei sulla strada giusta

Condizioni di lavoro:

Sede di lavoro: Filiale di Monfalcone.

Ricompense:

Nell'ambito di questo ruolo, potrai sviluppare le tue competenze nelle aree dell'Ricerca e Selezione del Personale e migliorare le tue capacità relazionali lavorando in team.

Compensazione economica: Il salario è compreso tra €25.000 - €30.000 annui, con base di ingaggio di circa 2.500€ al mese.
