Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning / Field Service Technician to join our team at SpiraTec AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission on-site machines, ensuring smooth operation and testing at customer premises.
  • Provide general after-sales assistance, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure end-customer production restarts as soon as possible.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechatronic, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes/machines, image processing, computer networks, and fundamentals of Optics.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in an international environment.
  • English language proficiency (B1 level) and other languages (French, German, Danish) are appreciated.
  • B driver license and willingness to stay on customer sites for extended periods.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and collegiality.
