Si cerca un Talent Acquisition Specialist per occuparsi delle attività di recruiting e supporterò il team nelle attività di gestione del personale.

Il ruolo richiede una persona dinamica, precisa, orientata ai risultati, con una forte capacità di comunicazione e un'attitudine a lavorare in team.

Le tue principali responsabilità saranno:

Collaborare con i manager di linea e il team HR per comprendere le necessità di assunzione e definire i profili dei candidati ideali.


• Redigere e pubblicare gli annunci di lavoro sui principali canali di recruiting.


• Condurre attività di head hunting per identificare e attrarre i migliori talenti, utilizzando strategie di ricerca mirata e approcci proattivi.


• Gestire l'intero ciclo di recruiting: dall'analisi delle candidature, al colloquio telefonico, fino al colloquio in presenza o via video.


• Valutare i candidati in base alle competenze richieste per il ruolo e alla compatibilità con la cultura aziendale.


• Supportare i responsabili nelle decisioni finali di selezione e fornire feedback ai candidati.


• Supportare l'HR Business Partner nella gestione della documentazione necessaria per l'assunzione.


• Supportare l'HR Business Partner nelle attività di gestione del personale.


• Fornire supporto nelle attività di Employer Branding.


• Gestire e aggiornare costantemente la documentazione dei dipendenti, sia in formato cartaceo che digitale, assicurando un archivio ordinato, sicuro e facilmente accessibile.
