**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Geometric Convergence Specialist to join our team at Bertrandt. As a key member of our body-shop operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the geometric convergence of vehicle sub-assemblies in the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the geometric convergence of vehicle sub-assemblies in the production line body-shop;
  • Manage the geometric convergence of single parts and sub-assemblies;
  • Collaborate with the line manager and integrator to manage process modifications;
  • Apply client processes for adjustment of assembly tools in the body-shop;
  • Verify the 3D measurement, conformity, and repeatability of the checking fixture as well as the fidelity of the measurement;
  • Analyze measurement results, identify root causes for issues, and determine corrective action plans;
  • Apply client analysis methods to correct severe defects;
  • Set up and apply client processes (production green light, Chronomap, and Last-fit);
  • Follow the geometric monitoring plan of the sector (3D measurement);
  • Alert the project in case of significant deviation (escalation process);
  • Share the progress of geometric convergence with partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • CAD skills: PLM, CATIA V5;
  • Excellent English communication and understanding skills, both written and spoken;
  • As a plus: Geo Analysis skills: SESAME, Q-DAS, PowerBI.
