Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior PLC Software Engineer to join our SW Engineering department, reporting to the SW WCS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and validate software application customization for machines and/or equipment, both on-site and in the field.
  • Configure and personalize Software PLC on System Logistics equipment.
  • Develop new software modules/programs for PLC in the field of intralogistics automation.

Requirements

  • Senior PLC Software Engineer with good knowledge of Siemens PLC (AWL and SCL languages and possibly KOP), TIA Portal, and ASI networks.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica or Diploma in a technical, informatics, or automation field, supported by previous experience in the role.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent team working skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of Spanish and Allen Bradley, as well as knowledge of robotics in the FANUC environment.
  • Availability to perform transfers, both in Italy and abroad, with variable duration from a few weeks to a maximum of 3-4 months per year, depending on needs.
