As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly data, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel's sales operations.
Main Responsibilities- Compile and analyze sales reports to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing with special projects and initiatives.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
