Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Informant to join our team in Bergamo. As a Scientific Informant, you will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the assigned area, achieving set objectives, and providing scientific information to medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the assigned territory, ensuring regular presence and adherence to the operational plan.
• Provide medical professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the company's marketing and medical direction.
• Analyze periodic data on the assigned territory, identifying deviations from predicted outcomes and taking corrective action.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, identifying medical professionals interested in product information and coordinating with the company's marketing and medical teams.
• Produce regular reports and analyses on product performance in the assigned territory.
• Support the company's sponsorship activities for scientific events, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry codes, and company procedures.
• Organize work activities in line with the company's strategic plans.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, or similar).
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science liaison or product specialist roles.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
• Knowledge of the target market (MMG and pharmacist) is a plus.
