Il nostro team di consulenti senior lavora per aiutare i clienti a raggiungere i loro obiettivi attraverso la consulenza e la tecnologia. Le principali responsabilità del ruolo includono:

  • Supporto ai clienti: supportare i clienti nelle fasi di disegno, sviluppo, testing, formazione, go-live e post go-live.
  • Analisi dei requisiti: analizzare i requisiti funzionali e tecnici dei clienti e proporre le migliori soluzioni.
  • Gestione delle applicazioni: gestire il ciclo di vita delle applicazioni ERP, dalla progettazione alla manutenzione evolutiva e correttiva.
  • Guida del team: guidare il team di sviluppo e i business analyst nella gestione delle richieste dei clienti.
  • Monitoraggio delle prestazioni: monitorare le prestazioni e i livelli di servizio delle applicazioni ERP.
  • Sviluppo delle competenze: favorire lo sviluppo delle competenze delle risorse junior sui temi in oggetto.
  • Sviluppo di soluzioni innovative: sviluppare soluzioni innovative su D365 FSCM basate su intelligenza artificiale (AI) e Copilot.

Requisiti del candidato

Per questo ruolo, cerchiamo un candidato con le seguenti qualifiche:

  • Laurea specialistica in materie STEM
  • Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni
  • Buona conoscenza dei modelli di contabilità e di pianificazione e controllo
  • Ottima conoscenza dei processi finance e controlling (G/L, A/P, A/R, FA)
  • Padronanza delle funzionalità standard di D365 FSCM
  • Capacità di individuare soluzioni personalizzate e redigere analisi per customizzazioni
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero
