At Belmond, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Grand Hotel Timeo. As an HR Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources Manager with day-to-day operations, including coordinating training meetings, maintaining employee records, and arranging activities for employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Compile and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to personnel activities
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and surveys
  • Support the HR Manager in conducting initial orientations for new employees
  • Coordinate social activities for employees

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, with a third language considered an asset
