- A degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within the healthcare sector.
- A successful track record in delivering projects and enhancing project management performance.
- Familiarity with infrastructure design and management, including knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Intercultural sensitivity and the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, demonstrating a strong team and customer focus.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to working under pressure while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Essential qualifications for success in this role include:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Certification, such as PMI or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in healthcare projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency in English.
