Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Implementation of MarTech Solutions
    • Develop and implement end-to-end MarTech solutions, including MarTech architecture and integrations, marketing data management, marketing operations, demand generation, marketing automation, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Participate in Proposal Development and Project Planning
    • Contribute to the development of proposals and project plans, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
  • Lead and Develop a Team
    • Lead a team of professionals, building trust, developing their skills, and ensuring their growth. As a leader, you will coach, mentor, and support your team members.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices
    • Continuously update your technical expertise and knowledge of MarTech platforms, including marketing automation, CDPs, and the overall MarTech stack.
  • Design Innovative MarTech Solutions
    • Develop innovative MarTech solutions based on current industry best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Requirements
    • 7-10 years of professional experience in digital transformation and MarTech consulting, preferably with a management consulting firm, digital agency, or equivalent industry experience.
    • Extensive subject matter expertise with a MarTech stack, including marketing automation and CDP technologies and best practices.
    • Experience in implementing, optimizing, or managing a MarTech stack, including marketing automation, CDPs, and their integration with sales platforms and other solutions.
    • Ability to gather business requirements, document them, and lead solutioning based on those requirements for MarTech platforms.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology, such as Agile.
  • Skills
    • Demonstrable core consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery, interpersonal, and cross-functional relationship development skills.
    • Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems and architecture, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and optimization.
    • Ability to drive results independently but thrive in collaborative environments, with a coaching mentality.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
