About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our team at CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl - Ricerca e Selezione Personale Qualificato. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and applications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring systems to track IT infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the resolution of IT infrastructure-related incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Forecast future IT infrastructure needs based on business growth and technological advancements.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Deploy, maintain, and support enterprise applications to ensure they meet business requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with a focus on virtualization, dockerization, and cloud computing.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package: €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
