Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan for our brands, managing marketing budgets, and presenting to the sales force.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for our brands.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently.
  • Present to the sales force and coordinate the annual marketing plan.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with the commercial team and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends and act proactively to benefit our brands.
  • Represent our brand in company-organized activities.
  • Develop merchandising standards and prepare marketing materials.
  • Develop, evaluate, and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Initiate and present ideas to the management team to help our brands.
  • Ensure excellence in market execution at all times.
  • Monitor and adapt plans according to market trends.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with principals, customers, and suppliers.
  • Monitor competition activity and gather client needs information.
  • Monitor and achieve brand sales targets through guidance and support to the sales team.
Candidate Profile:
  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in an FMCG company.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
  • Computer literate with advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize tasks quickly.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Understanding of basic financial terms.
  • Mastering decision-taking and problem-solving.
  • Possesses leadership capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to take initiatives and deliver results.
