About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities for new product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and product roadmaps
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform product development decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, production, and sales teams
  • Communicate product development progress and results to stakeholders through regular updates and reports
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or marketing
  • Several years of experience in product development, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
